Adrian Pielken
Dr. Adrian Pielken is a Senior Partner in Roland Berger's Düsseldorf office. As a member of our global platform RPT (Restructuring, Performance, Transformation & Transaction), he advises German and international companies on strategic, operational and financial restructuring as well as the implementation of complex transformation processes. His project experience spans a variety of industries, including automotive suppliers, utilities, retail and consumer goods, and media.
He studied business administration at the Universities of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and Sydney and received his PhD from the Technical University of Berlin on the relationship between banks and companies in restructuring situations. In addition, he lectures on "Crisis and Restructuring Management" at the Karl Ruprecht University in Heidelberg and is a member of the TMA (Turnaround Management Association).
In a corporate crisis, transparency must be created quickly and lost trust between stakeholders must be restored. Only on this basis can a coherent concept be developed and its implementation be realized.
